2. Products & Services

  • All flower arrangements are subject to availability.

  • Images shown on the website are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.

  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or higher value when necessary.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver within Dubai and selected areas in the UAE.

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect recipient information and / or delays caused by change in delivery address. Additional charges may apply for change in delivery address.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders once prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of damaged or incorrect items, subject to review.

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Personal Messages

  • Customers are responsible for the content of personal messages added to orders.

  • We reserve the right to refuse messages that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of My Roses Boutique and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by events beyond our control

  • Allergic reactions to flowers or plants

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
