Nature of Products

We specialize in fresh flowers, bouquets, and perishable floral arrangements. As these items are highly sensitive and time-bound, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

Return & Replacement Request Window

Customers may request a return, replacement, or store credit within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving their order.

To process your request, you must:

  • Contact our support team within the stated timeframe
  • Provide clear photos of the product showing the issue

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Store Credit

We offer replacement or store credit in the following situations:

  • Flowers delivered are damaged, wilted, or spoiled upon arrival
  • Incorrect product delivered (different from confirmed order)
  • Order delivered to the wrong address due to our error

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Fresh flowers after successful delivery (if no issue is reported within 48 hours)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Special occasion arrangements (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)
  • Chocolates and other perishable products
  • Orders rejected or unattended at the delivery location
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

Return Shipping

If a return request is approved, Myroses.ae will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases will be resolved through:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Store credit for future purchases

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not possible
