1. Nature of Products

Myroses.ae sells fresh flowers, bouquets, and perishable floral arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We do offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Flowers delivered are damaged, wilted, or spoiled

  • Wrong product delivered (different from the confirmed order)

  • Order delivered to the wrong address due to our error

Important:
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Fresh flowers after successful delivery

  • Orders rejected or unattended at the delivery location

  • Delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Customized or special-occasion floral arrangements (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days
