DELIVERY POLICY

When you place an order through our website, please ensure that you have given us a correct email address and mobile number, as this is how we will communicate with you about your Order. Please also ensure that you provide an accurate address and mobile number of a receiver, to ensure that your order arrive to the correct location. If a receiver do not open the door or respond to telephonic correspondence or call within 10 minutes of the delivery drivers physically reaching their address, we reserve the right to leave the premises, and you will be charged for the order delivery. You will have right to reschedule delivery to a next day. MY ROSES DMCC seeks to provide a quality service and will be the first contact in the event of any issue with your order.

All Products are subject to availability. We may offer an alternative for any Product it cannot provide you with. Please call us prior to ordering if you have any concerns about our displayed Products.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

The price of any products will be listed on our website. Prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT will be shown on the checkout page before you place your order. Prices can be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders placed in the past, except in cases of an obvious pricing mistake, whereby we will notify you as soon as we can about the pricing issue. You may be able to cancel your order once we notify you.  Payment for all Products can be made by the payment method offered on the payments page on our website.

 

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, placed orders cannot be cancelled and require full payment.

 

RETURN POLICY

All products on our website are NON-REFUNDABLE.
