Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, customers may request a replacement or store credit within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team and providing clear photos of the issue. Replacements or store credit are available for damaged, wilted, spoiled, or incorrect items delivered due to our error. Customized products, special occasion arrangements, chocolates, and successfully delivered fresh flowers reported after 48 hours are non-returnable and non-refundable. Approved return shipping costs will be covered by us. We do not offer cash refunds; approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit. Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
