Replacements or store credit are available for damaged, wilted, spoiled, or incorrect items delivered due to our error. Customized products, special occasion arrangements, chocolates, and successfully delivered fresh flowers reported after 48 hours are non-returnable and non-refundable. Approved return shipping costs will be covered by us. We do not offer cash refunds; approved cases will be resolved through replacement or store credit. Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Immediately remove dead or wilting leaves and stems. Recut your flower and foliage stems just before putting them back into new water.
